参与国家杰出青年科学基金项目1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金1项、横向课题项目3项。获省部级科技创新奖励3项,授权国家发明专利8项。

以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文9篇,其中Q1区论文7篇,中科院一区Top期刊5篇。荣获哈尔滨工业大学优秀博士学位论文提名奖,获得“兆易创新杯”第十八届中国研究生电子设计竞赛全国总决赛一等奖。
